The warding supplies arrived at my house around mid-morning. Blake and I had spent most of the night going through the books in the library trying to find a way to link the warding to the pack members. We’d had quite a few disagreements over whether to use blood magic or not. I was adamantly putting my foot down that I wouldn’t even consider it and Blake kept bringing it up as the easier option. We had given up at 2:00 am and gone to bed after River couldn’t take listening to our bickering any more and actually sent both of us to bed.
